Growing Pains: Your Appointed Time Ministries Update
Growing pains are always a good sign. They indicate major growth which often happens quickly. This sudden spurt can place demands on the body that become difficult to accommodate, and are therefore painful. That’s where we’re at right now as a ministry. Since the last update wonderful things have happened, bringing great opportunities and growth. But that growth is demanding more, and we’d like to share with you what’s taking place.
Please know that this update is categorized as critical,
because it involves legal issues that we are obligated to disclose.
Affiliation with United Tribes for Christ Fellowship
We are honored to be a legal affiliate of United Tribes for Christ Fellowship!
Our legal affiliation with United Tribes for Christ Fellowship was effective Sunday, August 28, 2016. United Tribes for Christ Fellowship was founded in 1978 and established in 1979. Their mission is kindred to ours in that it seeks to bring unity among all Native American tribes from the North, South, East and West. Appointed Time Ministries has worked closely with United Tribes for Christ Fellowship for the past year, and that relationship has yielded excellent fruit in many ways. United Tribes for Christ Fellowship has proven to be of sound biblical doctrine, providing a stable and strong Christian influence among their community and tribal governments through various outreaches. The day came when we were invited to become a legal affiliate of their ministry, and we were honored to accept their invitation in becoming a part of their ministry! Through that invitation I have also had the honor of being officiated as a licensed minister.
We are currently joining forces to achieve the continued unity among the Native American tribes through various events and outreaches. We are excited about this affiliation and partnership, and look forward to what God will accomplish!

We would like to extend a public “Thank You” to United Tribes for Christ for recognizing this ministry and for providing a wonderful opportunity to move forward together in God’s call.
Incorporation
Appointed Time Ministries is currently in the process of becoming incorporated as a legal ministry entity with the state and federal government. That is proving to be an enormous process that requires a lot of time, money, and resources of various kinds — including the right individuals who will serve on our board. That is the most critical component, and it’s not something we intend to rush.
As the process moves forward, we will provide the appropriate updates.
At this time we are working with a dedicated legal firm who has expertise in the specific area of non-profit churches and ministries. We are paying close attention to each meticulous detail in an effort to be compliant with God’s Word as well as the established governments to whom we will be accountable. We kindly ask for your patience and prayers as we move forward with this process.
As we formulate our by-laws and begin the legal process, we are carefully selecting our board members according to 1 Timothy 3. We have very specific biblical criteria that must be met, and we will wait patiently for the right individuals so the proper foundation for our ministry can be established.
As of right now, donations can be made to this ministry via our donation page. However, please note that they are not yet tax-deductible. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to this ministry through United Tribes for Christ Fellowship, please CLICK HERE and make a note of your designation for those funds. We are so grateful for your help during this demanding time, and we thank you for your support!
Once we are granted a 501(c)3 status, we will begin seeking ECFA accreditation, and will pursue it until the requirements are met whereby it can be awarded. We will also make the appropriate updates via this blog, our terms and conditions, and our donation page.

Please be aware that we have updated our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions to properly reflect these legal changes, and to be fully compliant with the current laws in place. These laws protect us as well as our visitors. Laws are constantly changing, and for those of you subscribed to our blog, you will now be receiving emails regarding any Privacy Policy updates in accordance with the law. And although these changes are minor, we have a legal obligation to make you aware of those changes so you can respond accordingly.
If you would like to view our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions you can view those specific pages HERE and print them for your own documented reference. If at any time you have questions about those terms, please kindly contact us. We would be happy to serve you in providing an explanation.
Latest Book Release: STAND
With the legal changes being implemented, there is no question that other things had to take a temporary back seat. Priorities are key.
As you all know, my first non-fiction book titled, STAND: The Gates of Hell Shall Not Prevail, was due to be released on Kindle as of September 15th. Unfortunately, that deadline did not provide the time needed to produce a quality product. And I was not willing to compromise this published work for the sake of a deadline. To do so would dishonor God, my work, and my readership. Therefore, the release date has been pushed back to September 30th. The book will first be released on Kindle, and then in paperback. The release date for paperback is yet to be determined, yet I anticipate it sometime around the holidays or perhaps the New Year 2017. We appreciate your patience on that account.
We are excited about this new book! It’s going to prove powerful in your life as you face situations that demand your all. For more information on STAND: The Gates of Hell Shall Not Prevail, please CLICK HERE. Look for it on Amazon September 30th! I promise you will find it!
Website Design & Optimization
In anticipation of these upcoming changes, we have spent countless man hours redesigning, formatting, configuring, and optimizing our website. The good news is the project is nearly complete. The date of completion is set for this Friday, September 16, 2016.
Some of these changes you will not readily see with your naked eye, because they are strictly internal. However, the results yielded will definitely be noticeable! Other external changes in design and formatting, you will notice readily. And we hope that it makes a wonderful experience for you.
Our goal is to provide the following:
• A Peaceful & Pleasant Experience: General aesthetics are important. A dull or poorly formatted site is not one where you want to invest your time. We want our visitors to have a peaceful and pleasant experience that reflects God’s glory. That means gorgeous photos that accurately portray content with a friendly design that brings uninterrupted browsing and reading. And you will never find ads or pop-ups on our site — ever.
• Fluid Platform Design: We want to deliver a streamlined and fluid experience that is both quick and user-friendly. Nothing complicated. You get where you need to go without any delays, faulty prompts, or unnecessary confusion. One and done — that’s it.
• Speed: We have done our utmost to make our site friendly and beautiful. But we also want it to be FAST! That means removing lag times and providing uninterrupted content delivery. Those optimization changes should be completed by the end of this week.
• Relevant & Accurate Content: We want to provide the content you are seeking and expecting — that equals to relevance and accuracy. Your expectations should be fulfilled when you hit a designated page. In that attempt, we have removed unnecessary writing in lieu of high-tech design prompts. We’ve tried to keep the “verbage” to a minimum. However, when it’s appropriate we’ve added content where further explanation is necessary, and therefore expected.
• Security: We’ve boosted security levels. It was great before, but now it’s excellent. We’ve employed strict layered security using the very best in Cyberspace. We’ve contracted with 5 of the BEST companies who provide security at every single front so you can browse in peace, knowing you’re safe and secure on our site.
Again, we are still finalizing some optimizations that will achieve even greater speed. Those changes are internal and should be finalized this very week. If you experience any odd “hiccoughs” please know that it’s probably due to this optimization process and any internal changes being made. We anticipate those will smooth out and be resolved quickly once the upgrades are finalized. Again, we thank you for your patience! We promise the end product will be well worth it! And we’d love to hear your feedback!
The Wordsmith Blog
The blog currently sports more than 50 topics from which to choose. That’s a huge spread of material: nearly one topic for every week of the year. Therefore, when I’m only writing bi-monthly, covering that kind of material adequately poses a challenge.
In an effort to remain relevant to the audience as well as a wise steward of my time writing and researching and editing, the current blog schedule will not change, simply because the goal is not the quantity of material, but the quality.
Fueling the material for any given category is going to take time. I must write as God leads, and the preparation for that, as well as its production is extraordinarily involved. I kindly ask that you please pray for me in that regard. My desire is to deliver content that is going to be precise in what God wants His Church to hear.
If you have a topic you’d like for me to consider writing about, please contact me! I’d love to hear from you!
Holiday Update
The Holiday schedule for The Wordsmith Blog is nearing. That means it will become very quiet for a while. This Saturday (the 3rd week of September) will be the last post until November 5th in honor and celebration of the High Holy Days. November will be a normal month, and then we’ll have another season of silence from Thanksgiving to New Year’s.
Please note the Holiday schedule does not exclude posts on updates and current events. Those will be published as necessary.
New Website Content
We are currently seeking God on the covenants made with Israel and Native America, and how we can help to better fulfill them according to God’s Word. That has demanded reaching out to other ministries who played a vital role in implementing this move of God. Part of that strategy has also demanded more relevant website content to satisfy our visitors.
In response, we are expanding our ISRAEL page to include more information. By the end of this week you will find the following additional pages on our website:
• The LORD’s Feasts
• Hebraic Roots
• The Covenant
• Support Israel
• Hebraic Calendar (link)
We are hard a work to bring you an excellent product that will serve the LORD’s will and purposes! We hope you are pleased with what you find, and we invite you to visit us at www.appointedtime.org!
Thank you all so much for your love, prayers, and financial support! It is needed now more than ever. Please give if you can. Great things await us, and we’d love for you to be a part of it!
Cheers & Shalom,
